New Jersey, Detroit, Washington, NY Islanders, and Buffalo likely fighting for a playoff spot in the East, will be interesting to see who gets in and who doesn’t, agree big drop off towards the bottom in the East.

Last year I would have said no.

This year Edmonton is the team to beat. The signings this year they did with a lot of players in contract years. We will see a ton of play.

I'd have to say they are current stanley cup favourites.
