I see him as someone they would be more than happy to give a multi year deal at under 1.5M. He would probably like some job security for his young family too

After next season he is but I'd put the odds on him not being re-signed at about 1%. An actual top 4, effective, right shot, fan favourite D who actually wants to play in Ottawa would be an epic loss for the sens. He'll be brought back on a 5x5 or something along those lines unless he suddenly demands a stupid amount of money.

TJ Brodie has had many of those highlight reels and is well known for his strong defensive game. I think im gonna stick with the numbers here over the opinion from the guy who literally hates the Devils

You literally just called Damon Severson a top 4 shut down defenseman and you’re saying my opinion is invalid LOL. Severson has NEVER been known for his defensive game. Guy is pure trash defensively

Ducks biggest needs are to find compliment partners for Drysdale and Fowler, and then in the near future for Zellweger.

Don’t even need a #1 or #2, Fowler is a solid #2/3 guy and Drysdale and Zellweger have Top pairing potential. Need a bigger physical type D like a Manson type, who can clear the crease and win puck battles on the boards. Not a giraffe on skates.

I know some people will ask “why not just re-sign Manson” . His injury history and age were a concern and didn’t want to commit to him well into his 30’s based on that.
