Now it’s Montembault.

To be fair to Monty, he probably still gives Quebec one of the better Canadian goalies. That says more about the state of Canadian goalies than Montembault of course.

Jinx. And also probably correct. I was trying to think of who would be clearly ahead of him. Feels like Binnington is either amazing or crap with very little in-between. Hill also has a Cup and some great stats but are we convinced he’s the guy? Skinner…maybe slagged a bit too much when things don’t go the Oilers way, but nah.

I actually think Ingram is the best Canadian goalie going but he gets very little talk. And Montembault would be up there too.

Not really. Bennington or Skinner would definitely be ahead of him. Possibly even Adin Hill.
