Tony D off the Boat from Russia scores his first Isles goal in OT.

Nothing official ever came out. Just that he used “slurs” in junior and was suspended by the team.
Tony is on record as saying that he apologized to and remains friends with the individual involved in the situation. Funny how the “victim” has apparently forgiven him but so many here don’t have that in them. Telling…..

just from reading through this thread i recognize signs of 'wrongthink' - likes Trump, dislikes vaccines.

He likely won't be forgiven by any members of the current religious cult unless he does something remarkeably showy that appeases them.

thats a better example of a POS! haha.

  • While he had an offensively-productive season with the Crunch, scoring six goals and 37 assists in 69 games, DeAngelo was also a healthy scratch for eight games, a decision rumored to be a combination of behavioral issues and poor defensive ability.
  • On January 1, 2017, DeAngelo was suspended for three games for physical assault of a referee during a 4–2 loss to the Calgary Flames the day before.
  • Quinn had a notable intolerance for the outbursts that had characterized the earlier part of DeAngelo's career; the player was a healthy scratch for about 20 games during the season. Despite serving on the top defensive pair with Marc Staal, Quinn benched DeAngelo for two games in a row due to what he said was a "maturity issue" stemming from a game against the Philadelphia Flyers.
  • On opening night of the 2020–21 season, DeAngelo took an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty that Quinn called "undisciplined", and he was subsequently benched for the second game of the season. General manager Jeff Gorton later said that DeAngelo "wasn't able to move on from that" incident, and that he was told that, if there was another behavioral incident, he would be placed on waivers. On January 31, 2021, following reports that DeAngelo had a physical altercation with Rangers goaltender Alexandar Georgiev following a 5–4 overtime loss to the Pittsburgh Penguins, the Rangers placed DeAngelo on waivers.
Plus the SKA thing posted above, these are all from his professional career. But yeah it's all politics and something he said as a teen, sure

Without the politics making you mad, that list isn't much to look at.

“And now at UBS Arena, to sing the national anthem before tonight’s game, legendary vocalist from the Lost Prophets, please welcome Ian Watkins!!!!”

*Standing ovation from Islander Country*

Every one of these thread devolves into willful ignorance of fact and belief of random stories heard passed through 15 different people.

These people are almost always trying to justify that they hate him for his politics.
NHL players are notable for their love of leftist politics and the greatest player of all time definitely would never be a close friend of Trump's, otherwise he would be hated just like Tony.

:sarcasm:
