Hope he is getting better. I doubt he will lace them up again but hope he has a happy and healthy life.

Healing modalities?

I'm unfamiliar with this term.

Whatever works for Toews, I'm happy for him. Dude put his years in and took a beating.

Take all the time you need to heal, Tazer. You've earned it.

Very interesting! No idea if it will work, but Ayurvedic medicine is one of the oldest healing modalities on this earth, and a lot of wisdom there too.

Hopefully it works.
Lol. Holistic medicine is voodoo nonsense.

He's been on quite the journey post-hockey.

I'll say this: it would be great if he could lace them up at least another time or two to show up long enough to teach the Hawks centers how to win a f***ing draw.

I'm sure he could do that as a coach or in an advisor role.

However, I'm having a hard time seeing him having any interest in hockey at any level now that his playing career is over.

That's what I mean... "lace them up" enough to go out to a practice and show the centers how to properly take a draw and not be losing the faceoff battles 70/30 or 80/20 every game.
