Former Chicago Blackhawks captain Jonathan Toews announced on Instagram Thursday that he recently spent time in India "undergoing an Ayurvedic detox called a Panchakarma."

Very interesting! No idea if it will work, but Ayurvedic medicine is one of the oldest healing modalities on this earth, and a lot of wisdom there too.
