Pierre Luc Dubois is that guy who plays in the adult league who had pro experience but never stuck in the pros, and plays hockey only because he always did, never really loved the game.......seen soo many of them.....Taylor Radysh deserves more money than Dubois

That logic doesn't really work because 1 guy has the puck and is unsuspecting and one doesn't. So Knies was obviously going towards Dowd at one point, and it's on him to avoid his face, whether he tried to bail on the contact or not.

I agree, not a major, but definitely a penalty. If dowd didn't have the puck, or had gotten rid of it a couple of seconds before, I would agree it's no penalty, but since he had it, it can't be incidental.
