Subscribers get every other game up to Jan 26 which I’m assuming things will then be reassessed.

Find out Tuesday which games we get.

I bought it on ticketmaster. I have no MLSE rep would I? 1 game.

It’s a Christmas gift for 11 my year old son. I’m choked right now - gutted.
Sorry to hear that Budz .. I have no idea how Ticketmaster works for rebates .. MLSE is putting subscriber fees for games they are withdrawing from us back on my credit card as a rebate .. so it is very simple no work required .. except I have to pay my buddy back for games he is not getting to see as he bought my 2 pair for all 41 games this year due to COVID .. oh well best everyone stays safe from my perspective .. we have to rely on province and hope they know what they are doing these science people

Sharing the below in case it is helpful for season ticket holders.

I just spoke with a rep at MLSE. Per the rep, for the games which Season Ticket Holders were not assigned, they have already received a credit in their account with refund options coming sometime in January. This credit is not currently visible in account manager but is on the account according to the rep. If you have transferred the tickets to a third party, they will not receive a refund from MLSE.

They have divided the games up to and including January 26th by giving season ticket holders every other game. I personally was assigned the following games:

Assigned
Wednesday, December 29 vs. Pittsburgh Penguins
Monday, January 3 vs. Carolina Hurricanes
Monday, January 17 vs. New Jersey Devils
Wednesday, January 26 vs. Anaheim Ducks

Not Assigned
Thursday December 23 vs. St. Louis Blues (if still at 50% whenever it is rescheduled)
Saturday January 1 vs. Ottawa Senators
Wednesday January 5 vs. Edmonton Oilers
Saturday January 22 vs. New York Islanders

A little disappointed on how they've grouped the games but what can you do...

Looks like you're on the same rotation as me. Disappointed to miss McDavid.
Odds on the Dec 29 game happening?

Dear Craig,

As a follow-up to last week’s email, we want to provide you with a detailed update for your Toronto Maple Leafs Membership. We recognize many of your plans over the Holidays have been affected by the province’s decision to reduce capacity at Scotiabank Arena to 50%. We share the frustration and disappointment this has caused. Below you will find information for home games through January 26th. As information comes to us, we will continue to do our best to provide you with timely updates. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work together for a safe return after the holiday break.

For games January 1st and 5th you will have the ability to transfer tickets through the Account Manager effective December 23rd. We will provide an update as soon as full ticket management capabilities becomes available.

If games during this period are postponed, your tickets will, unless otherwise notified, remain valid until a new date is confirmed. If games are cancelled your money will remain on account.

so will the Leafs do what the Raptors are doing? Cancelling ticket holder tickets then relisting the EXACT SAME TICKETS for more money on TM?

They sent this in the email. My guess is we'll have the first chance to buy them at face, not member price.

Really, why would you due that to STH, unless I’m missing something. Seems like a STH might say screw you then.

They have always treated us very well. Not sure what's being portrayed there but you can be assured it's nothing nefarious.

this is the story being referred to

Ian Newbould was surprised over the weekend with an email from Maple Leafs Sports and Entertainment that popped into his inbox.
Days after he learned his upcoming Raptors tickets would be refunded because of the provincial government’s decision to limit capacity at Scotiabank Arena, he got the email promoting a limited amount of seats for sale.
“I thought, ‘Oh, that’s odd,’ ” Newbould said. “So I just went to the site and there were my tickets, there were my seats.”
Newbould, whose tickets for Monday night’s game against the Orlando Magic were eventually purchased by someone else, bought a half pack of season tickets to the Raptors.
His tickets through mid-January were refunded last week when MLSE chose to prioritize full season ticket holders among the 10,000 fans allowed into Scotiabank Arena. Premier Doug Ford had announced last Wednesday that venues with a capacity of more than 1,000 people would be capped at 50 per cent in a bid to curb the spread of COVID.
MLSE, the parent company of the Raptors, decided all holders of non-season seats would be refunded for NBA games scheduled at the venue over the next month. MLSE then divided season seat holders into two groups and they would receive tickets based on alternate games.
MLSE says releasing the few hundred tickets per game that were not already taken by season seat holders, suite holders and set aside for additional league requirements was the only fair way of dealing with the excess.
Not all Raptors fans agree.
Andrew Niemira, who also bought a half pack of season tickets to the Raptors this year, said he doesn’t envy the situation the company was in, scrambling to figure out how to reduce a crowd of 20,000 paying customers to 10,000.
But it struck him as “messed up” when he saw his tickets for Saturday’s game against the Golden State Warriors back up for sale and listed at $340. Niemira said through his pack, his tickets cost an average of $108 a game.
Another fan, vibhor garg, said he also saw inflated costs in the section where he previously owned three seats for Monday’s night game against the Orlando Magic, which was eventually cancelled because of a COVID-19 outbreak on the visiting team.
Garg said prices jumped from the $30 or $35 he paid per seat to $65 each. While he was refunded the price of the tickets, there were no tickets available at the price he first paid when they were resold.
“Why would you cancel my ticket and then try to sell new tickets for almost double the price?,” said garg, who gets early access to Raptors tickets because he is currently on the waiting list to become a season seat member.

Tom McDonald, vice president of ticket sales and service at MLSE, said the cost of tickets hasn’t changed. Fans who buy tickets in packs get a discount over single-ticket holders because they buy in bulk.
“I can understand how they might think that we are charging more but it, in fact, is that they received a discount having purchased tickets in a pack,” he said.
McDonald said he empathizes with fans who saw their refunded tickets return to the market. But only some tickets previously held by half-pack owners would have been made available again, based on the physical distancing measures MLSE put in place when Scotiabank Arena was reduced to 50 per cent capacity.
He also said MLSE didn’t have time to go through one by one and identify seats that were or were not available, with just three days between the government’s announcement of the capacity changes last Wednesday and the Raptors game against the Warriors.
MLSE plans to stick with its current approach to ticketing into games in January, and will re-evaluate along the way, McDonald said.
“We’re doing the best we can under the situation,” he said. “We understand the frustration from fans and we need to continue to ask for their patience as we work through this.”
Niemira said he is questioning whether he would buy another half pack to the Raptors in the future.
“People who had the tickets already should get those tickets back,” he said.

Raptors fans angered to see their refunded tickets put back on sale on game day vs. Warriors

anybody have an issue with the presale today? i was able to get in for a minute and the prices seemed reasonable, but then it stopped working for me.

I signed in to it around 1:30pm so its not like everything should have been taken in the next few minutes (there was a lot available)

note: pretty sure they were selling them at member pricing, not face.

Tickets for the Pittsburgh game on Thursday. Member price of $298 for the pair (face is probably $400)

Section 310, row 1, seats 3 and 4

Was planning to go to this one, but didn't realize that after they rescheduled it ended up on my wife's birthday....so can't go anymore.

Edit: tickets sold now

Interesting. I bought row 1 yesterday for the Wild game at the subscriber sale and they were $212 for the pair. I was pretty surprised how cheap they were.
