You can only develop so far when you can't skate .. but a 3rd pairing guy with good hands and shot for PP2 is fine .. to me I would trade Sandin before everyone else figures it out at nhl level and we can't get much for him .. he is gonna be trouble too with CAP at each contract .. a 3rd pair guy isn't getting good $$$The sitting is questionable, I agree. However, I cannot argue with the results we've been seeing. Maybe there was a method to the madness.
Sandin is his own player, therefore, a completely different conversation. I'm not sure what Keefe could have done to improve his mobility.
I don't compare Sandin to Liljegren, I've never been big on Sandin.
