It's unreal isn't it? You can tell they are a bunch of amateurs when it comes to even the slightest bit of success. They have been a non entity for so long they shouldn't be this irritating.

The way they trolled our board after the last game and made the "will the Bruins collapse" thread on the main board right after that game was unbelievable. They haven't even made the playoffs yet and the last time they did it was an epic collapse....you would think they would be a little bit less obnoxious.

I think they'll lose the game against Tampa just to make our heads explode. Can't imagine anything other than a rollercoaster for the Bruins.

Hopefully Bruins will have a spot clinched before, but can't see the game against Caps meaning anything to Washington ,sure they will have clinched Presidents trophy by than,if that even means anything to them.

I cant believe its not butter, and I think Boston loses all games from here on out. Including the 4 games vs Washington if we somehow back our way in.

This is what I expect. I'm feeling pessimistic about the team's chances, I guess because of how the previous two seasons ended.

You should never get a point for losing, ever.

No team is getting a point for losing.
That's still the B'S point for a tying game after 60 minutes of play.
The winner of OT has the extra point for winning.
Get on with the program you big muscle guy.

Ottawa is in free fall mode, and the Bruins are surging. I think they ride this wave heading into the playoffs and take second in the Atlantic.

I just wish the Sens weren't playing Detroit in their next two games. They might survive that and gain a second wind . Without Karlsson ,they aren't much . Should be a fun week.

Haha I guess it's my mentality, forgetting about the fact the teams actually tied.

Hey guys, I'm a Leafs fan - just visiting.

I've been hoping the Bruins make the playoffs, but I'm hoping for 2 things to happen: Leafs stay in 2nd or 3rd in division and Bruins get 2nd WC.(which is what I voted for, not that I think this scenario will actually come to be)

It's not that I want the Bruins to place further down, I just don't want to play them in round 1. Everytime we play the Bruins, I'm always a wreck. They're a very tough team to play against, and regardless of regular season records, I'm never that confident in my Leafs to get any kind of "easy" win from the B's.

Best of luck to you guys and your Bruins the rest of the way. (Hopefully you don't think all Leafs fans are d-bags)

I picked 2nd in Atlantic but I meant 3rd. I think they beat Tampa, beat Ottawa in reg, and get at least a point against Washington. 5 out of 6 point finish with 97 and tie the Senators with 97 but win tie breaker.

Please don't say leafs are back. Hockey universe isn't the same with them playing better plus you're a lucky one living far away from leaf land radio. Nausiating.

Leafs are definitely back. Their youngins are basically what we hope our prospects bud into in a few years. That's not to say we don't also have a very bright future, though.

Sens look depleted as hell. Leafs basically play the top end of the Metro to close out the season and we have 3 winnable games. I think we take A2/A3, either way we play the Leafs.

If Detroit can get one of the two games against the Sens ( one more period , Go Wings ! ) and the Bruins beat the Sens on Thursday , that likely will happen . If the Bruins can't beat the Sens now with all the injuries that they have then they never will beat them .

Here's the thing for me: I don't want any games going into OT or the shootout. Take away the incentive: the loser point. It's a silly anachronism. Just get rid of it.

You want to go with 3-2-1? Here is the only way I would do it:
3 points regulation win.
2 points OT win.
1 point SO win.
Still no loser point. Ever!

That provides the incentive to not play for OT or the SO in close games towards the end of the season. You lose points the further past regulation you go.

EU leagues have 3pts.
3pts Reg win
2pts OT/SO win
1pts OT/SO loss

Tiebreaker is GF/GA differential.
