OT: Thread About Nothing (part # who cares)

These f***ers drive on the wrong side of the road in Anguilla.

Its like bizzaro world here...like some time traveling pirate stepped on a butterfly or something.
I'm pretty sure it was a British colony so it makes sense that they follow the same driving rules.

If I wasn't swamped with childcare duties, I'd love to take a vacation to somewhere warm. A couple we know with their own (almost) nine-month-old are in Spain right now. I'm jealous. Take me back to Mexico....

A quick check suggests R&R Tackling cigars is the likeliest bet for Cubans.
I just checked on maps.... it's an 11 minute car drive south of me. I doubt think I'll make it down there but I did bring a bit of my own supply. Unfortunately the whole establishment is non-smoking. Have to go to the beach...not sure I'll be doing that with stiff breeze.

Anguilla is a British overseas territory.

I’m planning on taking a few days off and making a mini holiday out of flying to NJ to watch playoff games .
I have no clue where to fly into, where to stay , where to buy playoff tickets. How much to budget for tickets , what to use for transportation from hotel to the Rock…
More or less I’m totally clueless and would greatly appreciate any tips to save some $$ .
When do they usually announce dates for playoff games ?

Really depends on your budget and what you want to do besides the game. If you want to stay in Manhattan there's so many hotels to choose from and then you can just easily take any subway to 34th street where MSG is and hop on NJ transit to the arena.

If you're just wanting to see the games and get in and get out then there's literally a hotel next to the arena.

Flying there's 3 major airports, Newark, JFK and Laguardia. If you're staying in the city all 3 are super easy to get into Manhattan and if you use Google Maps it will show you how to get out of there and back there by public transportation or you can just use an Uber if you want.

Ticket wise, depends on where you want to sit but the prices won't be crazy since it's still round 1 and it's Carolina. If you're feeling like a risk taker and wait to see how the first 2 games in Carolina go the prices if we lose the first 2 in Carolina will probably plummet. On the flip side if we somehow win both they'll probably go up so again all depends on what your budget is.

If you want more opinions on stuff with hotels and that nature I'd ask in the regular Devils discussion thread too. Hotels wise I can't really help out cause I simply haven't stayed in them.

Also lots of good info on page 1 of this thread too...

I recommend Meguiars headlight restoration kit. What a difference.

Definitely recommend for any older vehicles that have that built up layer on the outside of the lights. Two part process of polishing the headlight, then two medium coats of clear coat afterwards that need 24 hours to cure.

It left behind a wrinkly yellowish green stain around each headlight. It’s faint but I can definitely see it.
