Yeah but not everyone thats are here for the movies, know the comics
Feige is also known to deviate from the comics about 80% of the time. We don't know how closely it will follow comic book eventually.

This is the official synopsis:

The film finds Thor (Chris Hemsworth) on a journey unlike anything he’s ever faced – a quest for inner peace. But his retirement is interrupted by a galactic killer known as Gorr the God Butcher (Christian Bale), who seeks the extinction of the gods. To combat the threat, Thor enlists the help of King Valkyrie (Tessa Thompson), Korg (Taika Waititi) and ex-girlfriend Jane Foster (Natalie Portman), who – to Thor’s surprise – inexplicably wields his magical hammer, Mjolnir, as the Mighty Thor. Together, they embark upon a harrowing cosmic adventure to uncover the mystery of the God Butcher’s vengeance and stop him before it’s too late. Directed by Waititi (“Thor: Ragnarok,” “Jojo Rabbit”) and produced by Kevin Feige and Brad Winderbaum, “Thor: Love and Thunder” opens in theaters July 8, 2022.

I think they will just use some of the general ideas from Mighty Thor. I don't think Jane will have cancer for example. I also don't think Thor will be unworthy as that has been done in the MCU already.

Will be interesting to see what they take and what will be new. The whole finding himself with Korg if they go our on "adventures" should be fun.

so what's the next step once all male heroes in stories have been replaced with female ones?

Spider-man has carried on just fine. Spider-woman, Silk and Spider-Gwen all get their own titles. The Jane as Thor storyline was great. She-Hulk didn't get in the way of Banner's Hulk. Diversity just means new stories and angles to reach new audiences. No harm to traditionalists.

The only thing that bothered me when the made Jane the Mighty Thor in the comics was the use of the name Thor. It comes from the real world ancient religion and to use the name for another person like it was a title and not a name bothered me as someone who went to university in Anthropology and did a course an ancient gods from the Romans, Greeks, Norse, etc.

I'm still waiting for an explanation on Hogun's accent

Either Marvel is under the impression that a person's accent is based on their facial features, or Hogun grew up in the part of Asgard where they speak Japanese

Hogun in the MCU is from Vanaheim, not Asgard.

This is such a stupid detail to be concerned over. It's an alien race featuring gods with super powers based very loosely upon mythology of Nordic countries. Why do they speak English at all?

Or maybe it's a super genius detail to be concerned over. Did that ever cross your hivemind?

Where they speak Japanese?
It's not Japanese. It's a completely separate language with no relation that happens to be the exact same as Japanese, that also happens to produce the same accent when speaking Asgardian, which itself happens to be quite similar to English.
