Yeah it's in the air scheduled to land a bit after 8:00 our time nearly 22 hours before game time. Not optimal for the Panthers but they've likely had worse travel situations in the past as they likely just got themselves out of press commitments and will be shacked up in their 5 star hotel by 10:00.

Anyone know which hotel? Asking for a friend.

Besides some inconvenience for routines, are players just soft these days. How is getting into Edmonton in the evening instead of a tad earlier going to have any effect on Florida.

Some media talk about this like Florida is forced to do a 30 mile marathon jog after landing

Edmonton with a win tomorrow is just like Dallas. Down 2-1 going into game 4.

I really really really want to see a few guys rocked into next week as a bonus to a game 3 win.

Those dbags are going to be flopping all over

When bennett or Tkachuk charge at our dmen, put your stick right in their teeth. Make them think about doing it again

It's society these days. Willing to dish but cant take. It's why you'll have players just fake an injury on the ice rather than suck it up.
Soft in general

Like I said earlier in thread, I wish our team played those kind of games. No idea why we try to maintain this clean image when clearly nobody else is

Well, we really get to see tomorrow and onwards at how desperate we are. We should be hitting everything like the Dallas series with Ron Lowe.

I know mcloed won't do that. Alot of other guys can. Way too much passive hockey

It's like they forgot they are playing for a cup and their legacy will be cemented forever

If we have another similar finals drought, man ill be 60 years old

Especially with direct chartered flights with all the comforts. It's not like they're on a commercial flight with a layover in Houston and Calgary before landing in Edmonton at 3am.

McLeod needs to look at himself in the mirror. If he won't sacrifice for a cup, it's time to move on from him in the off-season. Trade him to a bottom feeder so he won't have to worry about being physical. Pathetic...

Exactly. You need 4 wins and you can celebrate and rest. I don't see every guy laying it on the line.

Imagine how depressing their summer will be losing a cup finals

I seriously think it hasn't clicked in for some of these guys as to what's at stake here.

You are also bonded for life with a cup. You are always connected to the team. It lasts forever.

Series can go by in a flash and all they will think about is "what if"

I almost forget what it felt like in 2006 bc I was working night shifts. Had radio. I forgot we went down 2-0 and 3-1
