IMO the problem is society today has had generations of being taught that its not OK to think outside the box if the mainstream crowd doesnt agree with it and people are afraid of speaking their true feelings for being afraid of "offending" people. when i post i dont post to be "controversial" or "offend" people, it is because thats how i feel. now if that upsets someone thats THEIR problem, it is not mine.... aslong as the post follows the site TOS.

There have always been conformists in any society, not just in today's society. There have also always been *******s who haven't a clue regarding civil discourse and whom will thinly mask their contempt for others in the name of "freedom of speech" and then complain about political correctness.

I have always been outside the box, but know how to carry on a civil conversation unlaced with contempt and disrespect.

It seems to me that you are firmly tucked inside a corner of a particular box filled with people trying to make America great again.

i dont mind, it the offseason anyways so not much to predict.

when sept rolls in i will go back to predicting blues related things with 90% accuracy.

Yeah this thread is just a time killer at this point. It is crazy to think that in just a few weeks players are going to start filing in for informal skates.

Then how did you lose the 450 if its a waste of time? If you had the 500 you start with, that argument would fly. But you had to have actually made bets to lose v$. At some point, for some reason you made a vcash bet. If you are ALWAYS right, you would have been right on your vcash bet, pointless or not.

Also the fact you don't care is also laughable. You spend A LOT of time trying to convince a bunch of people on the internet you are so often right. vcash is a scorecard. If you had a lot, you would be using it as such.

Uh, Oh! The phrasing of this comment, and choice of it, seems terribly suspect, and reminiscent of a certain "Bleeder", "Bleedr", and/or "Verson", ........not to mention "Tommy", "MMD", "Right Again" and a gaggle of others.

I was under the impression that personal attacks on a fellow poster were against site rules. Even if they're not and I'm wrong about that perhaps ppl could tone it down a bit. It detracts from good discussion and promotes a general sense of negativity. Sorry to anyone that might be offended by me saying this, just would like to see us have more positive interactions with one another even if we disagree on certain topics.

Yep, you're right. It's why I would get infractions in Eklund threads because he used to be a poster here, and has since gone inactive. That really pissed me off about the higher-ups here, they are so hypocritical about it. Unless you can prove that Eklund was actually the poster with the name eklund, then it's bs and would be like us bashing Army on a routine basis.

But, yes, personal attacks are supposedly against the rules.
