Post-Game Talk: The wind blew some leaves back onto the driveway, but Florida still up 3-1 in the series

I had some errands so I was out and about in downtown TO on my lunch break wearing my Panthers shirt. Was a little disappointed no one tried to talk smack. The only person who said something actually complimented it lol

No doubt, I'm was more iffy playing CAR 1st round than vs TOR or TB in 2nd round to be honest. They have been together for years but also have been winning series as well, very battled tested and hungry as well.

Hopefully the hot nurses will turn the game on for you tonight, maybe show them the triple deke.

I always rock my Panthers cap around town, also in TO. Only person who commented in the past couple weeks was actually a sad B's fan...

Since playoffs started, I've noticed maaaaybe only a half-dozen people in Leafs gear, a couple car flags, that's about it. Leaf fans keep dunking on other fan bases, but their support has been declining. Feels like Raptors country now more than Leaf country.

At one point this year the blue jays were World Series favorites.I don't believe they are right now, but definitely top 10.
 
Carolina is definitely a better team than New Jersey, even injured, and that's in large part a function of goaltending. Schmid is very inconsistent and Vanecek is still awful.

More anxious than anything else. We are in a primo position to close this out and I just won't want it delayed any further. We could easily lose the next two and hope to win Game 6 at home.

Just get it done and move on.

My goodness, the negativity on here drives me crazy! So many folks saying we could easily lose tonight and needs six games, etc.

Is this the Panthers board or a Leafs board? Panthers are gonna kick the Leafs asses tonight. Hope the Toronto big four have their tee times set for Friday!

Better to expect a loss and win than expect a win and lose, hurts less.

Also, statistically speaking, sweeps are just very unlikely all together. 14% chance to be exact since best of 7 was introduced 35 years ago.
