cap hit (if everyone agrees): 75 million (this way we can do fair trades and stuff)

we can do a 2 round entry draft at the end.

NO TIME LIMIT FOR NOW, PUT PM the next person. we will have to be patient if someone is at work or something so sometimes it might take longer, but with the GMs we have it should still move very quickly.

Um are we making charts like with my draft to know who's taken? Or putting all players in notepad or something? I think Odishabs should be on. I can't do any chart stuff today because I got a test tomorrow... I can still pick players though.
