Best line in the NBCC? (National Bowl of Cereal Competition)

Special K - Rice Krispies - Corn Flakes

May be a tad bland to some, but boy do they hit the spot. Leading the league in sales too! :handclap:

What is EarthFit? I get what he is saying but I don't get what the practical application is.

EarthFit is probably just another exercise routine, of which there are hundreds. I just chose that video because it does a pretty good job explaining EPOC, which is the more important part. Mike Chang's "SixPack Shortcuts" promotional video does a good job explaining it as well, but the explanation is hidden within a ~25 minute mess of marketing. EarthFit seems to be a combination of weight/resistance training and higher intensity cardio designed to maximize EPOC and therefore maximize calorie/fat burning.

Just googled Earthfit and found the guy's website: http://www.beaufortpersonaltraining.com/

Tried to fool my fav. Ranger fan that they got Vanek for Gabby and picks, he didn't buy it for a second. I guess Gabby has been too bad.

Brewing my beer is definitely on my 'Someday when I have some time' list... But too much is going on right now for me to commit to it, unfortunately.

On another note, this is precisely why I belong to TU! Not a lot of talking or changing profile pictures but actually doing the work for everyone to enjoy and benefit.

Some people ***** and moan about dirty water and cleaner environments. Some people actually do something.

http://troutunlimitedblog.com/tu-wins-prestigious-national-conservation-leadership-award/

For TU, the award is especially appreciated, given not only the time our staff has devoted to working with both the Forest Service and the BLM, but because much of the work we’ve been able to accomplish involves our corps of volunteers, who give selflessly of their time and energy to improve the waters in their own backyards.

In the presentation in Washington last week, TU’s Science Team was singled out for its unique contribution to conservation on public lands in America. Through TU’s unique Conservation Success Index, which has essentially inventoried native trout populations all across America, the USFS and the BLM have been able to prioritize important restoration projects. And, when it comes time to get those projects done, they often partner with TU to ensure the projects have a private-sector investment. It’s a process that works incredibly well, and has for years.

To see how this has manifested itself locally you should read about the Musconetcong River restoration project that completed in 2012. The work was amazing removing damns and toxins from the stream bed. It has renewed the river to its natural state. I guess that doesn't beat tweeting about it, but hey they try.

It only takes like an 1&1/2 hours of actual work...The rest is mostly waiting.

I may like the taste of a legit fresh squeezed lime margarita as much as anyone but your man card is not getting punched with this statement.

Day off from work dilemma #1

Roadhouse or Point Break.

Then you haven't had a good, 'real' margarita. Sour mix, salted rim, and habanero infused aged Golden tequila? Good ****.
