It's hard to be prosecuted when you're the highest legislating body in the States. That said I think Ventura's a major blowhard. Though he was a major bad ass back in the day as a frogman, the precursor to the SEALs.

I really have no idea...pretty sure its sheetrock...my one wall already has a huge crack running in half a circle in it...but it's now been through 2 hurricanes. It was worse during sandy as I thought my windows were going to break but I wasn't hearing this creaking that I am now...
