I can't remember who said it on 1040 but I thinks it's become popular to tank in the nhl in Canada, drafting high has become more important than winning with a lot fanbases

I don't think it's anymore popular than it has been. It just happens that all the Canadian teams suck at the same time. The only fanbase not looking to tank anymore in probably edmonton
