Remember when Vito says 'when he was in the hospital, she was calling me everyday - i was this close' - he is referring of course to Adriana, who in the Sopranos family tree, is his cousin.
I saw a family tree online last year and it was very detailed, and an eye opener.

So, for clarity…the Sopranos fandom wiki lists this information of Patsy and Tony being blood relatives…this comes from a deleted scene. Whether or not one considers deleted scenes canon or not is subjective, I suppose.

I saw that scene along time ago. I thought they referred to the Parisi twin Philly as Juniors Godson. He may not be blood related.
