Justification:

- When they were drafted they were skilled but not spoiled and also not soft (remember the caps series and the first bruins series where marner was blocking shots like crazy and willy was playing the boards no issues

- spoiled with coddling, entitlement and "me first" attitude where name on the back started having more meaning than logo on the front

- Still skilled but spoiled -> led to being Soft mentally and physically
