I like it better than the first one -- I kinda like the shield shape, and they used actual black stones instead of that cheap-looking enamel nonsense.
That said, I wish they'd put some purple on it; straight up black and diamonds is kind of boring. Needs a splash of color.

Notice Brown's ring has one side with a different decoration (player holding the Cup). I assume all the player rings have that, while management/crew rings probably don't.
