I've seen the quarter-hours and that 502k is generous. There was a 1.03M lead-in due to the NBA overrun of 8 minutes, then they lost 361k in the following 7 minutes. Got progressively worse until the 11 minute overrun at the end which had 294k viewers.

I read on Reddit during the show that at some markets, the local CW pre-empted the show for Tiny Hand's speech.
Edit: via Reddit:
Preempted in New York, Chicago and Indianapolis.
Hour 1 did 749k and Hour 2 did 648k against the Speech which did a combine 36M.
