GDT: The Push for the playoffs continues, Long Island Fishermans @ Pens. 7pm

  • We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. Our hosting provider, XenForo Cloud, encountered a major issue with their backup system, which unfortunately resulted in the loss of some critical data from the past year.

    What This Means for You:

    • If you created an account after March 2024, it no longer exists. You will need to sign up again to access the forum.
    • If you registered before March 2024 but changed your email, username, or password in the past year, those changes were lost. You’ll need to update your account details manually once you're logged in.
    • Threads and posts created within the last year have been restored.

Our team is working with Xenforo Cloud to recover data using backups, sitemaps, and other available resources. We know this is frustrating, and we deeply regret the impact on our community. We are taking steps with Xenforo Cloud to ensure this never happens again. This is work in progress. Thank you for your patience and support as we work through this.

In the meantime, feel free to join our Discord Server

Also that Penguins bottom-6 looks straight out of their 2003-2004 Gen X team. That is a hideous bottom-6.
Winning games while these guys rack up the points is kinda the worst timeline lol

After a quick first five minutes, both teams seem to have agreed to play at 3/4 speed and not get hurt.

I have to say that I enjoy watching this lineup. I still don't get Accari at all.
23 looks very interesting.
Tomo has potential.
Dewar looks interesting.
Imana... I like what he brings.

Honestly, the worst thing that can happen with them doing well to end the season is them somehow being fine with bringing both Sullivan and Jarry back to start the year.

Best thing would be if Jarry somehow plays that well to trade him during the summer.

Yep, beside the first round pick who won’t see the NHL for several more years, the worst part about winning is that the FO will think everything is right on track, won’t trade Rakell or EK and will just trying to win next season, sign Marner or something, not fire Sullivan, and we’ll just be the same shitty defensive team w terrible goaltending next season—- and we’ll be even further from landing McKenna or any young player who’s a difference maker lol

I really hope the Penguins don’t turn into the Steelers. Either being good enough to scrape into the final spot of the playoffs and get killed or middling on a year to year basis.
