Yea famously AV gave Loungo an A and they tried it in the preseason and Loungo would go “talk” to the ref to burn time for his guys

I don’t think there are any regulations. It’s just that teams don’t do it because it’s stupid. Because if the team wants an explanation of something, the goalie would have to skate up to the refs as a C or A. And it’s just unnecessary.

I know the feeling. I want to see development, but, I want as much of a chance to get as much high end talent as possible. And, yet, there’s no guarantee the player the Rangers take at 6th would be different from the player they take at 9th, for all we know. So, this may just be an exercise in futility regardless.
