Yea I was thinking Boyle was the exception for usThat certainly holds true for Girardi, Pionk, and Lettieri.
Obviously not so much Dan Boyle.

You know who's worked hard? Brendan Smith.

Fair enough, but I remember the Penguins, Lightning, and Rangers (when they were still a pretty good team) signing a decent amount of undrafted players. They get more immediate burn when they aren't fully formed NHL players on worse teams because the teams are worse in general.
I have a motivational poster in my office at work that says "Work smart, not hard".

It’s just a thing that I have to do. Like an impulse.@Buchnevich89 is there some achievement you're going for to do with likes? you are ****ing prolific .
hey there was Chytil, call off the search
And another great shift for Andersson. That was a prime opportunity in front of the net he cleared and a good block
Agreed, he's played well. He's been good since his latest call up. I don't care what anyone says
Hoping it was TurcotteWho was JG watching with the NTDP last night?
I mean probably like 10 guys but wonder if he was there keying in on someone.
Agreed 1000%. Howden had a good 3 weeks or so from end of camp into the first couple weeks in the season. Since then he’s looked at best like a kid struggling and at worst like a junior player in over his head.Like I've always said, out of Chytil/Lias/Howden, Howden is easily the worst player of the three right now and the worst prospect of the three right now, but he gets the most trust.
The first words out of anyone's mouth when describing Howden are "works hard."
