Good to see Andy improving. Phil is definitely completely burnt out mentally this year. Hopefully Howden finishes the last stretch strong. Go out on some positives.
Last game Chytil was great, active, noticable. Andersson notsomuch.
This game literally the opposite. Let's not go crazy.

He is having a good game, but let’s not kid ourselves. If you want to think he’s been good this whole time, then go ahead, but you seem to have low standards.

I didn't say "this whole time". He's been good since his latest call up. He had a quiet game after that ridiculous healthy scratch that came out of nowhere but he has recovered well from that.

Lettieri has actually been involved but he just can’t find a quality attempt just can’t. Misses the net flubs pucks just can’t seem to do it. Looks closer but still not capable

One of the things I love about Quinn, esp. after years of AV rolling 4 lines to give Tanner Glass 13 minutes, is that he leans on his best players more.

But Ziba is on track for 25 mins played and we know what he can do and I want some of that responsibility dropped on Chytil/Anderssons laps. Look at me, advocating for more ice time for those two.

That’s being kind to Howden. Vesey was fine that year when in the bottom 6, he was just overused by AV.

Howden has struggled far more, which should be expected because he’s 20 and Vesey was 23 but still, Howden has been worse AND more overused IMO.

I was referring to the usage and absence of accountability from the head coach

As far as I’m concerned shesterkin is going to have to prove he’s as good as Georgiev because right now while he’s sitting on the bench in the KHL Georgiev is a legit nhl goaltender at 22

Shestyorkin is better than Georgiev right now

Tsar Georgi has proven to be a good goalie.
Czar Igor needs to earn his spot behind Lundqvist.

I don't recall Georgiev's last bad game. Just consistent, solid efforts
