Wild lose 3-0. With their remaining schedule, I’m curious if they actually find a way to miss the playoffs.
What This Means for You:
Our team is working with Xenforo Cloud to recover data using backups, sitemaps, and other available resources. We know this is frustrating, and we deeply regret the impact on our community. We are taking steps with Xenforo Cloud to ensure this never happens again. This is work in progress. Thank you for your patience and support as we work through this.
In the meantime, feel free to join our Discord ServerWild seem within reach honestly. They face Vegas tomorrow and we face Montreal. We could be within two with one less game remaining by the end of tomorrow night. They also face Washington on Thursday and we face the Preds.
/sI don't think we make it. Too many games in hand for the Canucks.
I'm not as worried about the Canucks as I am about the Flames. Calgary has played 3 less games than us as of today.I don't think we make it. Too many games in hand for the Canucks.

By “too many games in hand”, do you mean 1? And they are 3 points behind us so that makes no sense.I don't think we make it. Too many games in hand for the Canucks.
Yeah, Calgary is our biggest challenge right now. I'm getting ready to eat some crow but about a month ago someone on here said Minny was going to fall so far in the standings they might drop out of the playoffs and we'd get their spot. I said no way that happens and scoffed. As unlikely as that seemed back then, it's not unfathomable now. We are really close to catching them.I'm not as worried about the Canucks as I am about the Flames. Calgary has played 3 less games than us as of today.
Nothing would make me happier than both the Blues and Flames making it and the Wild on the outside looking in.Yeah, Calgary is our biggest challenge right now. No matter the outcome, this has been entertaining hockey and I've really enjoyed the high pressure / high intensity games. I've also really enjoyed watching our youth develop and amp up their games. Heres hoping for a strong finish and a playoff ticket. Go Blues!!!

Minnesota are pulling a Winnipeg given their current free fall and losers of three straight, although you can hardly blame them with the injuries to Kaprizov and Ek, the Hartman suspension, and GusBus reverting to the mean. I wouldn’t be surprised if they struggle to even hold on to the WC2 spot by the end of March.
Markstrom hasn't had it since he came back form injury and has allowed 3+ goals in each of his last 6 starts . Unfortunately for us they have him/Allen alternating starts and went with Markstrom against Calgary and Vancouver. They are clearly trying to get Markstrom going for playoffs and they still have a 7 point cushion on the 4th place team in the Metro (although they've played 2 extra games). They play Minnesota twice in the last 3 days of March, so hopefully they get competent goaltending in at least one of those games.Jesus, could the Devils and Islanders be any more useless for our playoff chase? Ha. Some epic 3rd period chokes.
I guess that explains why Markstrom lost his shit after giving up the GW shootout goal.Markstrom hasn't had it since he came back form injury and has allowed 3+ goals in each of his last 6 starts .
