Probably Love, then PurdyIf you could get any one, and had to get one, of Purdy, Lawrence, Tagovailoa or Love, which one would people want?

Love even has his own warts.Love? But only because the others have some baggage/warts.
Mason is paid a backup not top 10 Qb moneyI might take all of those guys over Rudolph
I keep seeing article after article the Steelers are willing to wait lol. After Fields stiffed them, what choice do they have? They said we’d sign Rodgers once the Jets released him.
They said the Steelers will sign him by the draft
They said he would sign once we knew their schedule
What is the next fake date that Rodgers will sign?
The game vs the Bears was in Pittsburgh. they haven't won in Chicago since 1995.What was SOS end up being for Pitt last year?
Hidden factor in this schedule is that that rarely play well at the Jets, rarely play well at Chicago, and rarely do well in LA.
For examples, our last game on the road vs each opponent:
2021 37-41 L @ LAC. Chargers put up 41 on Steelers D. Herbert was 30/41 for 382. 3TD. 1 INT. Also, 9 rushes for 90 yds.
2022. 20-27 L @ NYJ. Zach Wilson single-handedly outgained & outscored the Steelers, until garbage time from Pickett after Trubisky was benched.
2021 29-27 W @ Chicago. Needed a late FG for a last-second comeback win vs a Bears team that went 6-11 that year. Before that, I think Steelers had a decades long win drought in the Windy City.
If I'm building a team, Lawrence, he has insane raw talent and would flourish in an organization that could get him the tools he needs and properly develop him. If I were in compete now mode, Love, easily. If you could get any one, and had to get one, of Purdy, Lawrence, Tagovailoa or Love, which one would people want?

They are pretty much punting on 25 any way. They will go 10-7 regardless of the Qb. Might as well stay cheapYea but if AR doesn't sign, he's the starter
Purdy and I don’t think it’s particularly close. He’s the best processor of the bunch, best leader, and best at extending the play.If you could get any one, and had to get one, of Purdy, Lawrence, Tagovailoa or Love, which one would people want?
We knew the Steelers had a difficult schedule of opponents this year, with the #9 toughest schedule based on who they play.
The NFL schedule makers did them no favors with when they play these teams.
After a Week 6 home game against the Browns off a bye post-Ireland, the Steelers face an absolute gauntlet of tough opponents and terrible rest spots.
Pittsburgh’s schedule Week 7 onward ranks:
#1 most difficult based on opponents
#3 most difficult based on rest
It starts with a short week road game on Thursday in Cincinnati Week 7.
Short week road games are brutal, and that is the first of two for the Steelers down the stretch.
They then must play Week 10 across the country in Los Angeles on SNF, meaning a game with bad body clock for the East Coast Steelers.
In Week 11, they play the Bengals, who are off a bye, thus a seven-day rest disadvantage for Pittsburgh.
Two weeks later, in Week 13, they play the Bills, who are off a mini-bye having played the prior Thursday, thus a three-day rest disadvantage for Pittsburgh.
The very next week, Week 14, the Steelers play the Ravens, who likewise are off a mini-bye, having played the prior Thursday, thus another three-day rest disadvantage for Pittsburgh.
And then in Week 16, they play in Detroit on a short week road game with a one-day rest disadvantage, as Pittsburgh is off a MNF game in Week 15.
That’s a brutal way to run.

Sellers as QB4 is surprising. Most of the stuff I’ve read so far has him as the consensus QB2 in this class.
