I've followed this team since the early 1980s.

Unfortunately, it's accurate that nothing will change with this franchise, as Art II, the dim twit, thinks everything is fine since they had a non-losing season and made the playoffs. "Yay!" Yeesh. This organization is a joke; stuck in the mid 1970s. They're 1 half away from losing their 6th straight playoff game and this "elite" (according to some) defense giving up a million points in the process.

Tomlin should've been gone 2 years ago, but the idiot owner will never fire him; he has put together an inept coaching staff. They could go 0-17 for the next 20 years, the organization would never fire him.

I am not absolving any players for the team's playoff failures; they have played like crap. This is a poorly coached team; a poorly put together roster. Everyone in the organization is to blame for this shit show.

I look at the Tomlin coaching tree, and there's nothing, are you going to tell me that this isn't one of the high profile coaching destinations in the league, and I think it's an ego thing with Tomlin, if his assistant coach picks are what he considers the best he could find, that alone should've had him fired.
