No I don’t think anyone actually thinks that this offense is good enough, but if you enjoy watching them why would you not want an extra week of football?
Saints did a stupid fake punt and now Titans are at Saints 40 with plenty of time to win the game...

The 05 team was a 6 seed. Now this team on offense is not anywhere near that team. But once you’re in anything can happen. I’d rather at least have a chance.

even being 8-8 is a huge achievement considering injures and what they lost early on

I realize that there are a lot of factors and issues impacting the team, and also that the Steelers wouldn’t do anything in the playoffs anyway; but, I can’t say I’m surprised that things went south once the “win and you’re in” pressure started. Thanks, Tomlin!

Im proud of the team and defense. But it's house money. I expected every game to be a potential loss when you lose allllll the talent we did. Ben, bell, brown, then more injuries to starters. It was fun to watch the defense.
This reminded me of the year sid and geno both went out. The team made a valiant effort. I can actually be proud of this team for the first time since like 2009.

Next tie breaker is winning % of teams you beat during the year. Presumably the Titans have beaten better teams.

lets hope they lose out and the Colts win out because we have the head to head vs the Colts . they would jump the titans in the standings if they win out and we would get in.
