Arthur Smith is nearly as bad of a coordinator as Canada, but Tomlin is the actual issue and has been for a very long time.

Horrifically coached team in all facets but possibly special teams.

I just don't understand this entire team's philosophy when it comes to the offense, especially with adding the Johnson for Jackson swap in the off-season. They're intentionally neglecting the offense to overspend on the defense, just look at the off-season additions for proof of that. Does Tomlin actually think it's possible to contend with this offense? Or is he not even trying to contend?
