I haven't checked this thread for few days, but i see that i inadvertently have started a Canucks-Avs war

People saying that Duchene has 11 points in 14 games 9 of them are assists, watching the Avs games i wonder how many of those 9 assists are secondary assists.

Duchene has only played 2 games in his NHL career I think at LW. And both were last year. It was a very short experiment (although a productive one), where he played LW with Stastny and Stewart or Hejduk I can't remember.

Anyways, he hasn't played wing since, and I don't see him playing wing anytime soon.

Yeah, me too!!! I watched most of the game last night and came away thinking how lucky the Avs were to have Duchene and that we have just seen the tip of the iceberg with him. Most players don't show their true potential till years 3 or 4 anyways!!! Also, Chris Stewart, David Jones and Brandon Yip on RW - can U you share some of the wealth? And John Micheal Liles - he was on fire last night - I have never been that impressed with him in the past but last night he was like "wow". Has he played this good all year or was last night an exception?

Because they thought Duchene had Stamkos/Sid/Malkin/AO talent level ? And that he would score 45 goals in his sophomore season?

Always been impress by Duchene and the word bust, after him playing not even 100 NHL games and having a great rookie season is fkn stooooooopid.

JML has been like this all year. He's been absolutely brilliant.
