Hard to say to be exact, they have way too many players around as of now (Injured players are Marc-Andre Bourdon, Danny Briere, Chris Pronger, Matt Walker). Capgeek estimates they can add a 1.6 M salary as of today, but Pronger does not appear to be on LTIR, so that's nearly 5 M they could open up.

But I'm sure that Hartley was a joke.....that is IF the coach always determine how the game is played. To which we all know, or most of us, that it's not always all true. But Hartley would have been my pick. Way more than Therrien that's for sure.
