@WeThreeKings

Would you do that ?

I would as a Seahawks fan

Not me, no.

Wicks is a good young receiver and a 1st round pick is a high price tag for Metcalf at this stage of his career.

2nd round pick and Doubs would work for me, but not a 1st. We have too many holes we need that 1st for and Metcalf isn't really the most pressing issue we need.

Keisan Nixon is our top corner.
We can't rush with 4.
We don't have a stout enough D Line.
We don't have a stout enough O Line.

That’s what I thought, It don’t make really sense for you guys. Hard to believe that GB offer that and we didn’t accept right away with JSN becoming our #1 and new contact arriving and us have change our offensive staff to becoming a running team.

Yeah last I heard from our Beat Writers was no offers were made to the Seahawks on Metcalf.

Holy sh**, waiting all day for the Habs to make a trade to see my other team making a massive move

Geno faced a lot of interior line disruption last season. Running game bad. They didn’t use tight ends a lot in the passing game.

Geno was very efficient off play action his first couple seasons in Seattle, then they moved away from that.

Enter Chip Kelly with 12 personnel. They’ll feature tight ends (bowers), play action, and a strong running game.

Next key piece is the running back. Maybe Jeanty.

I do agree but he throws a lot of bad red zone interceptions that cost us some games

Poor red zone rush offence, bad o-line.

Top 5 QB on first and second downs.
Highest quick rush rate in the league (under 2.5 seconds).
2nd most accurate QB when kept clean, behind burrow.

Run the ball, keep him clean.

I'm pissed with Green Bay's off-season.
Could be worst ! You could be a Seahawks fans… I was happy that we where going to rebuild and get a top QB in 2026 but after that we sign Sam Darnold to try to be 8-9

I don’t disagree but we where not winning anything with Geno so I was happy we let him go but signing Darnold wasn’t the solution either

Darnold worse.
Younger, cheaper. Worse.

In Gute we Trust.

Last off-season was so good.. this one makes no sense to me.

Need a pass rush and boundary corners.. Get a guard to move our best guard to center and then get a guy who is exclusively only good in the slot and be hell bent to trade Jaire?

The previous 2 offseasons were so good, which is why I leave the benefit of the doubt to the GM.

He's probably waiting to see how the draft will shake out. Lots of DE and DL depth (plus hopefully LVN taking a step). I think Ja is coming back, he even texted Hobbs when he got signed, unless they get a 2nd round pick on draft day for him. CB depth is also good if they were to trade him.

I'm never mad to add to the OL, trenches wins championship. Plus Jenkins has slowed down and is the All-Pro he once was. Signing Banks on day 1 of free agency tells me they really wanted him and think he'll bring the team to the next level, this staff has proven that they know their shit about OLs.

All that being said, I'm also underwhelmed and, as a fan, would've loved more movement!

Apparently it was the movement stuff Banks could do on tape that made him their target, but there are some warts there that show up in pass protection.

He mentioned what they wanted to do to compete for a Superbowl and I don't feel like they addressed any of the big needs. I know they fired the D Line coach but if that doesn't do the trick, that might be a waste of a year.

Should be keeping Jaire.

I don't love the approach of thinking the draft will do what they need it to do. It's really hard from 23 to come out of it with a legitimate #1CB, which they won't have if they trade Jaire.. and any thoughts that Nixon can be anything more than CB3 is extremely misguided.

I also don't want to develop another pass rusher, they should have pursued a rusher on the market.
