Just randomly venting about the changes, ignore or delete if inappropriate.

I can't help but hate how there's only the next/prev buttons at the bottom and you can't pick by page or jump to the last page.

I also miss having the hfboards at the top to jump to the main index to change forums. Yeah you can go through the menu at the top left but it's just an extra step.

Rant over.

You can, it's just very hard to see in dark mode. It will get changed eventually according to the admins, but it's not in their control.

Tap the numbers and it'll let you enter a page number to jump to. If you're not on the first/last page then tap between prev and next

Ah god my face is red.

Thanks. I'm blinded by dark mode.

Anyone know of any local rinks you can show up with a puck and clap a few pucks around? Like a free skate type of deal. There's one at Kerrisdale arena but only on Mondays during the day, I'm looking for something at night or on the weekends. Me and a couple friends have been trying to find somewhere to go, might have to hit up Alta lake in whistler as a last resort which is kinda far lol.

Side note, there's a new outdoor roller hockey arena in North van that's almost finished construction just over 2nd narrows to the east you can see it from the bridge
I don't know but this is specifically called stick n puck. Most rinks will have a time slot for it but generally not evenings/weekends when you get the much more lucrative league games.

8 Rinks was my muse back when I was learning how to skate. I'm too far out to make anymore recommendations.

I played some pickup roller at Ambleside once. f***ing mint.

Most rinks do some stick and puck programmes, do you drive? My local rinks are all on the East side of North Road, which basically might as well be the boonies to most Vancouverites.
I do yes, so that's somewhere in Coquitlam? I'll give them a call, it's the times that's the problem cause me and my friends work with cranes, very long hours normally (although I'm off right now waiting on a surgery) so need to find something for at night or on the weekend

Planet Ice Coquitlam is a good bet. Port Coquitlam Rec Centre if you don't mind getting up early.

E: Reading is hard. I have a similar problem with my work schedule.
