Korean BBQ spare ribs are magnificent. Korean BBQ is generally very good. I love Korean noodle-based dishes as well.

but for realz, there are other things I ingest that are much worse, so it's lower on the priority chart

Regardless of its impact on your health, I hate artificial sweeteners because of the taste. HFCS also tends to leave an after taste. Regular sugar or cane sugar doesn't have that, which is why I try to stick to beverages flavoured by those sweeteners.
