If your sports world is bigger then fast, track, work, hard and gambling lines then Yes it’s necessary, if your sports world is not bigger then that, then yes also necessary because the media is doing the work for representing parents and kids for safer sports.

How long before the screaming starts on the other side?? How long before people scream "it is an intrusion of privacy to have personal lives be made public".. How long before people scream " a person's private life is private"

the news continued an a few moments later, a story of a young woman in Toronto suing a man because he did not tell her he had Herpes.
Herpes.. I would consider milder than AIDS...
In one news broadcast.. Its oaky to conceal HIV.. but not Herpes...
