Anyone who is as old as 59 and starts out a sentence with "Yo, man..." should be shot. But the groin is too drastic. A hot foot shot is appropriate in this case.

The fact that the subject of the shooting were a fight over "potato chips" is not relevant in this case. My first thought is that the suspect who stole the chips was probably an English teacher (retired).
