I agree. Scheifele had his weakest game in a while, especially defensively.

I get you're frustrated that the JETS lost, but I just wanted to comment.
Please don't take the treatment you received @ Rexall from Oil fans and swipe everyone with the same brush. As a season ticket holder I rarely see that type of behaviour. Of course there are always going to be the drunkards here or there who go way too far, and there are also opposing fans who provoke and ask for trouble.

Hopefully your next trip to Rexall is a better one (in the stands)!

ps: I notice quite a bit of hate from JETS fans towards the city of Edmonton and Oiler fans, much I'm sure is sensationalized however it would be FUN for this to develop into a rivalry!

I totally agree on Gazdic being a tool punk.He went after Stewart cuz he knows if he would have had Peluso instead he would have gotten schooled in front of his fans such a wuss.

Gazdic and peluso have a lot of history. Usually peluso comes up a bit short.

Yep: he's one of the few guys that has been able to fairly consistently show Peluso up. Stuart really isn't in Gazdic's weight class - a bit of a punk thing to do, when Peluso was also on the ice and probably would have obliged him.

I thought so to. I think we saw a rookie start wanting to do too much and it snowballed on him. Hopefully a good reminder for him.

stuart laid a hit on Yakapov which may of looked high to him, to which Gazdic responded. unfortunately they do not have instant replay on the ice so its a bit of a snap decision. Gazdic is on that line to be "protection" if you will for yak. so after the hit it would look silly to challenge Peluso and not immediately show us that we cannot take liberties on their younger star players. its what enforcers do. I am not saying its right but it makes perfect sense as to why he fought stuart imo. Plus after watching alot of his fights this season and who he has gone with and how he has faired.....I can confidently say Peluso would be in a bit of a bad way.
