Two Hart trophy winners, two Vezina trophy winners and a Norris trophy winner and you think it's pathetic?

That's an interesting take. How many other teams can make that claim?

Unpopular opinion

I'd rather have the cup runs and team success we would have had if the team had an ounce of drafting skill, going back to the Kostisyn draft failure. Where would this team with Carter, Getzlak, Perry or Seabrook instead of Kostitsyn?

I already said Price was a gem - but lets not pretend we didn't miss out on HOF players and real gems either.
Also that Norris year was a joke, handing out hardware in a 42 game season was stupid.

2006 - David Fisher instead of Giroux
2007 - Ryan McDonagh - Gem of a pick who they later dumped, because Habs doing Habs things
2008 - oops no first round pick traded for future bust Alex Tanguay
2009 - Leblanc instead of big power forward Kreider taken with the next pick
2010 - 2011 - total garbage
2012 - Galchenyuk - missed out on Hertl , Trouba, Forsberg, Rielly
2013 - McCarron - Shea Theodore .. taken right after us
2014 - Sherback - whatever
2015 - Juulsen - whatever
2016 - Sergachev - awesome pick
2017 - Poehling - whatever
2018 - Kotkaniemi - Passing on future start Tkachuk, Quinn Hughes - possibly the biggest failure in decades.

Price was an amazing franchise player and pick a good day, and he accounts for 75% of our awards so bonus

Have been annoyed by Pacioretty's name on this list, because I really don't like him, but can't think of anybody who should be there in his place. Man, we've really sucked for the first 25 years of this century, haven't we? If I live until 2050 - it'll be very interesting to see what the list looks like then.
