Do the people who run the NHL App no longer send notifications? They updated this thing, it looks bad, and it's still broken. What is going on with this league and is this why we're 2 weeks away from the season and I still feel like watching Thursday Night Football over the plethora of Hockey that is usually on Thursday Night?

The NHLs entire electronic client interface is garbage (website, app, social media)… as are their marketing schemes.

I agree with everyone else. The NHL website is pure trash. It wasn't great before but they somehow managed to make it worse. Bravo!

I seriously hope this is just a pre-season thing but not being able to get all the game reports that used to be there is a big loss.

Just went to NHL.com to check out some scores and I noticed they've changed it up.

I couldn't find the Game Summary, Event Summary or Roster Report for the first pre-season games anywhere.

Is it just me who can't find them, or did they actually manage to make the gamecenter page even worse than it was?

Let's just say I won't be giving them the benefit of the doubt regarding improving user friendliness on their site.

Scores on the website no longer appear on any game summaries so scrolling through current games is a painful process.

Not a fan of this new look/interface in the least.

It sucks.

Usually it takes me a few days or even a week and I’m used to do and it doesn’t bother me no more.

Not this time.

And how about the videos of the goals in the games? They never load up.

And tonight I’m not seeing any at all. Never mind not loading up.

It’s garbage.

I’m pretty sure the original version of the app looked way better than this 10-12 years ago.

And there was nothing wrong with the last version either.

I mostly use the app to check scores and get alerts when I can't watch the game but the new app is straight up garbage. Was trying to pull up the B's roster when I went to training camp and it was laggy and the roster was hard to read and numbers were incorrect. Had the same issue trying to pull up the Rangers roster before the preseason game last Saturday.

Sometimes a redesign is not warranted.

You can change that by going to settings and changing your default tab.

Was wondering about that too. Where are the team stat sheets? The weird thing is they had that during preseason IIRC. And since yesterday it suddenly doesn’t exist anymore.

I can’t find the individual player stats for games anymore. During the Flyers game on Thursday I could see TOI, points, etc but for Friday’s games I don’t see them anywhere.
