I don't believe he won the case.
But, I suspect he had a case,
Never a Dead fan, but good luck to him.
Can you imagine the Heavenly Host House Band assembled to greet Mr. Lesh when, after the best sleep of his life (as it were) and a lovely reunion with family and friends, he is ready to join them?

Just to follow up, even though nobody cares. I saw Motorhead in Burlington, VT and then the next night at The Orpheum. My ears rang for a month. 
I think was October or November of 88.
Fair Warning is my favorite of the VH albums. They opened with Unchained when I saw them way back in 1984.
