Great song on a great album. When they re-released Ziggy Stardust on the 20th anniversary they added a few hidden gems. If you haven't gotten the 1990 re-release, its worth picking up. Here are 2 of my favorite added tracks....
Good Luck to Butch Cassidy and Phil 'The Thrill' in Vegas
"This whole town's filled with sin, It'll swallow you in
If you've got some money to burn, 'cause Satan is waiting his turn"
Stay away from them card games, Boys
The first time I heard "The Hole," I was chilled to the bone. I had no idea who Townes was.
"What the f*** is that?!"
Hard day on ol' Chaz today. Good to get it out every now and again, and on the verge of an extremely difficult week ahead.
Been a hot minute since I listened to Snow Patrol! That's a lovely song ("Angels Die Too"). Thanks for sharing it.
I can only rejoin,
I know everyone loves summer. I hate it. And I'm happy to see it fade,
Autumn is my time of year. Winter has its charms as well,
Yes. The former was thought too, uhm, risque for wide release.
The latter gave this mash note to Bowie, Iggy, DeFries, Angie, et. al. its title. Well worth a look, and starring a pre Dark Knight Christian Bale,
Have the album...might be my favourite next to Live Rust.
I always liked Time Fades Away. My eldest brother Greg, who died last year, was a huge Neil fan and that's how I became a fan. We saw him here (that place which remnds of Pine Knob in MI, the outdoor venue) in '89.
Favorite albums:
Tonight's the Night
Zuma
On the Beach
Rust Never Sleeps
After the Gold Rush
Comes a Time
Honorable Mention, because they have their moments and it's Neil being Neil (like Bowie being Bowie, in a very different way),
Trans/Everybody's Rockin'/This Note's For You,

BTW, I'm sure you guys know Neil's dad was Scott Young, the sports writer,
