Music adjacent- Little Steven, currently on tour with the E St Band, has Covid so he took a night off. His wife and Nils Lofgren’s wife are subtweeting at each other over the situation.

Not that it’s the true intent of your post, but I’ve seen Bruce …4 times now and each show was pure magic. The energy that man brings is next level.

I lost my buddy hoop to suicide in 2014, and my old man sent me a song to help me manage - it was restless farewell, the lyrics printed on the back of this note. It still makes me tear up as I approach the ten year anniversary of his death.

Hey man, take care. I lost my eldest brother Greg to brain cancer last year, and my mom, who had been in hospice, died a few months later. She was 89, and had a very full and loving life. She was the sun and the moon to me. Greg was a great guy and a sweet soul.

Raised Catholic, I am a staunch agnostic. One of my proudest moments was getting kicked out of CCD in the fifth grade for arguing with the nuns.

Nonetheless, if such things obtain, I suspect both are going great guns on the other side of the fence,

I always liked this one and think of it when I lose some one.
