If Stephen King was a comedy without losing the horror vibes. It’s just a tonal tightrope show, and it’s a blast. You would enjoy it.

Nice I need something to watch instead of the ECF lol

Have you seen FROM yet?

Watched Sirat on the weekend. I think there was a great movie in there somewhere, but they just never succeeded in bringing it to the surface.

Also watched Le Chant du Loup last night. That one I quite liked. Very tense submarine-based story.

Wrapping up season 2 of Mr Robot. What a mindtrip this show is. Love it!

Its kind of like a horror version of LOST. The only issue is its an MGM+ show so you'd need to do a free trial and binge it or end up paying for a mostly useless service lol

Rogue Heroes is really good

But yeah I am waiting for the season to be almost done before getting another MGM trial via Prime

The scene at the inn, “man that was close”.

Do I have to bother spoiler tagging LOTR?

Watch Widow’s Bay. You’re welcome.

It was ok. Not really sure what the point of it all was besides Filoni felating himself but alas.

Saw it with Thatcher Venmo which I didn't really know how that would go going in. He isn't really interested in Star Wars or live action movies in general to this point but wanted to give it a try. The movie was a bit more actiony and jumpscary than a typical Star Wars movie so he had some moments where he was scared but at the end he said he loved it.

It was nice to have that experience with him knowing what Star Wars is to me.

I told him going in to just picture the whole movie like they're toys/action figures and I think that helped him out a lot.

My soon to be 10 year old loved it too. I thought it was pretty good overall. Better than Episodes 2, 8, 9, and Solo.

My biggest complaints are that it was too visually dark and muddy looking and that the voice they gave Jabba Jr. was pretty stupid. They just wanted a famous actor to voice the character (Jeremy Allan White) and wanted to make sure he still sounded somewhat like him.

I feel like rewarding Disney by paying money to see something in theaters that was originally meant to be something of a season of a show on a streaming service I'm ALREADY PAYING THEM FOR is a bridge too far for me.

I'm happy you had that moment. Also, I'm going to need to borrow my nephew for around two hours.

First 2 episodes of Spider-Noir on Amazon Prime are excellent. Watch it in black and white. Feels like a live action Batman: The Animated Series at times.
