Just completely toss the role and hope for the best

To people saying [Redacted] is a weak actress....hahahaha

You could have dressed a cardboard cutout representation of a chimpanzee who recently got hit by a car and lost an eye, an arm and a quarter of its brain, up in battle armour, replace it with [REDACTED] on set and you wouldn't be at a loss for acting talent

Yup. you can say that about a majority of the cast. This is a story/series that can excuse bad/sub par acting with wit, grugo, action sequences and adventure.

The Mandalorian was never built to tell dramatic story telling. It was developed to be fast paced, artistic story telling.

Just watched the making of season 2. What a great documentary.

You can see how much all the people working on The Mandalorian love and respect Star Wars.

Filoni wearing that Pens hat ;)

Is that a joke about jeans guy?

Yeah, that was a really good episode. Still can't understand how they kept that hidden.

They kept Hamill a secret, but there was a rumor from around the time that the episode was filming (and 10 months before it aired) that Luke might appear with the help of CGI.
According to our sources – the same ones who said [SPOILERS] would be revealed as a traitor in Rise of Skywalker and who told us about the Rey/Palpatine twist in the movie months before it hit theaters – Lucasfilm is “exploring the prospect” of having a post-Return of the Jedi Luke appear. Hamill wouldn’t be playing him, though. Rather, it’d be another actor providing the physical performance while they use CGI to make him look like Luke did when he was younger.

I do think it's pretty funny they had Luke's part in the script listed as Plo Koon, Filoni's favorite Jedi from TCW, and even had artwork with him in it to throw off the scent.

Timestamps on the video for all the interesting stuff.

The way she describes the cantina scene, how Bryce Dallas Howard an Dave Filoni wanted like 15 takes to absolutely nail Bo Katan correctly.
