The Nuggets and Avalanche franchises are held in the name of his wife, Ann Walton Kroenke, to evade NFL rules that forbid a team owner from having teams in other markets.
So, for this to happen, they would have to make Kim or the kids the Penguins (or NHL Team X) owner.

Had a dream that this happened. Granted, in the dream, I was also living in New England when it went down. So I better get busy moving.
