I’m tired of axing coaches every fall. The fault is ultimately on the players for not executing. The forwards, defense, and goaltending have all been ass to start the season.
I remember Got Yer Back Podcast or others said this was false and he has no relation to Katz in any way?
He seems to be untouchable though

When Jeff Skinner is your most noticable player, you've got a problem. A 0-3 start, this has the potential to become more ugly real quick.

It's fine if the Perry goal being called off is the standard, as he was indeed in the crease with little to no contact with the goalie. The problem I have with it is that the standard isn't consistent at all.
I would argue that Arvidsson and Skinner should be better 2nd line wingers than Holloway and Foegel. Mcleod is an enigma, let me know if he ever figures out hockey. Very disjointed play right now and not nearly enough work ethic. I'm sure eventually they'll figure it out, hopefully sooner than later.

I said this last year, it seems more amplified to lose 3 in a row when it's your first 3 games. If the oilers lose these 3 games at the 20 or 40 game mark it doesn't feel as impactful even though it's the exact same thing.
They'll figure it out, just like they did last year. No need to do anything stupid. The talent simply did not disappear. No need to dig into this all that deep. Their struggles haven't been due to one thing, it is a collective amount of garbage that is team wide.
That said, they've already spotted Vegas a 6 point lead on the division, which they just desperately need to go out and win this year to play more playoff games at home. They shoot themselves in the foot continuously.

So we have to fire the coach, fire the goalie coach, take the C from McDavid, trade Drai, break Nurse's legs, beg for Broberg to come back, hire Knob and fire him again, it's karma from the Bowman hiring, trade for soft ass McLeod back, make Skinner go on a diet, find Nuge's balls, McD is the worst leader in sports, etc.
