LOL ... I liked that Mitchell was finally put on waivers, not the insinuation that Hawks should claim him. He was never a legit NHLer.

I still remember the game in overtime where he entered the offensive zone with the puck, stopped and waited until the other team swarmed him, took the puck from him and promptly scored.

The reason Musto said the Hawks should put Brodie on waivers was because he wanted the Hawks to pluck Mitchell off waivers. That should be obvious.
